You could've asked in a bodybuilding forum.. :whistle: I think basically if your BF% is too high concentrate on cardio only for now, and diet is essential as well, lower your sugar intake as much as possible, lower your fat intake as well and try to consume mostly healthy fats, eat complex carbs...

I noticed my body hair increasing after 20, in particular in the upper arm and shoulder area. It started with a few hairs in the shoulder area, then fuzy hair all over the upper arm region and now at 22 there's much more, and thicker.. so expect yours to get thicker as well. I'm actually hoping...

I forgot to mention that I use apple cider vinegar as well and leave it in after washing with nizoral. Perhaps it's possible to loose some density on the sides before actual recession at the temples? hopefully not..

I think washing it everyday isn't too good. It can make your glands produce a lot more oil.

Bald or not I think it all comes to the attitude of the individual.

I've been using Nizoral 2% religiously since my hairloss started, about 2 years ago. I use it twice a week. Sometimes I wonder if I was truly getting bald.. I have pratically no recession but I notice that my hair isn't too dense all over and if I comb it forward it looks even less dense. anyway...

Thanx guys, it seems that nothing beats puritanspride sale.. :P I ordered from Swanson before, their prices aren't too bad, vitacost seems quite expensive but I looked up their NSI green tea extract and there's no comparison with the puritans green tea or any other green tea I tried before...

Which ones do you order from? I order from puritanspride, it's cheap, but lately I haven't been able to find everything that I want :?

I dunno about msm but saliciyic acid can make you breakout too.

I take green tea and brewers yeast. MSM stands for Methyl Sulfonyl Methane. As fo dosage I take as much as the label says.

I used green tea complex from puritanspride it contained 50% poliphenolsfrom gree tea and 40% from white tea I think but for some reason they don't sell it anymore. Now they all have is standardized green tea with 15% poliphenols, a lot less effective I guess? What do you recommend?

I've been on it for almost a year now and I still use it because I believe I shed less with it.. BUT the dandruff is worse than ever... I even get dandruff on the sides and back on my head! :evil: and I even use apple cide vinegar mixed with water and leave it in my hair(don't rinse it off)...
