Hi,

I have some questions about your regimen. Some of you take
green tea, MSM, fish oil, ground flax, biotin.

In the last few years I have taken no vitamins at all and want to add s.th. to my regimen (finasteride/dutasteride/rogaine).
I think it would be also interesting to take s.th. like ground flax, because
it's a natural thing and it is rich in antioxidants which is good against male pattern baldness a.f.a.i.k.

What is MSM/biotin ? And what's your personal choice of supplement ?

What's a good dosage for all the stuff ?

s.th. like:

2x 1000 mg flax seed oil
1x biotin 500 mg
2x 1000mg of MSM

per day?

please help me, thanks.

I take green tea and brewers yeast. MSM stands for Methyl Sulfonyl Methane. As fo dosage I take as much as the label says.

i used a mixture of rosemary and tomato oil for quite a while after reading rosemary had positive effects. I used it on my hairline and vertex, and although I can't say it grew any hair, i did not notice any hair loss on decrease on the hairline while I was on it. as for the vertex, I got on propecia and that grew back a lot of my crown hair, so I cant really attribute any of it to the rosemary. If i find another bottle i'll probably start using it again if the price is right.
