I've been on it for almost a year now and I still use it because I believe I shed less with it.. BUT the dandruff is worse than ever... I even get dandruff on the sides and back on my head! :evil: and I even use apple cide vinegar mixed with water and leave it in my hair(don't rinse it off). What else can I do really? this crap "expensive" shampoo is supposed to end dandruff, instead it just makes it worse :evil:

Use less Nizoral ... more will power. That is what my mom always said... that and pray... but she might have meant prey and if that is the case then Mom needs Prozak

lol for serious what is your regimen with it? you can just do it once a week or every other week. You don't have to do it EOD or anything of that sort. It helps dandruff caused by skin inflammation and not dry skin. So if you have dry skin it will make it worse.
