I used green tea complex from puritanspride it contained 50% poliphenolsfrom gree tea and 40% from white tea I think but for some reason they don't sell it anymore. Now they all have is standardized green tea with 15% poliphenols, a lot less effective I guess?
What do you recommend?

I take the GTE found here: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/hp/green.html

It's been standardized to 98% polyphenols, and 45% EGCG. It's better to take one with 60% EGCG or more, but the one I posted is dirt cheap.

As for the actual, untouched green tea, I drink Celestial Seasonings' organic variety. It's been proven to be one of the best teas in tea bag form.

Me too, a little honey, little splenda, and a bit of non dairy powder creamer and it tastes great.
