I would definitely see a dermatologist.. I'm pretty confident that you have male pattern baldness. The receding temples + miniaturized hairs along your hairline are a telltale sign. Very easy to tell when you compare photos from age 19 with age 21. Don't procrastinate like I did. I would have been super happy...
