I’m Balding Or Maturing Hairline ?

So I’m 21 and started losing my hair at 19.
My father 56 and have a strength hairline and my brother too , but he said he was losing hairs at 18-23 he thought he’s balding , but he’s still have a great hair . On the last photo that’s me at 17

I don't know too much about hairloss, but you should try to see if you can find photos when you were younger to compare hairlines

People are pretty quick to suggest finasteride but I would strongly urge holding off using it until later.

For now, try a stack of nizoral shampoo, minoxidil and saw palmetto and leave anything that will increase estrogen or reduce libido/sexual enjoyment until later.

If I keep losing my hair and I start to take finasteride does it have some side effects ? And I’m living in Russia , they have finasteride in drug stores , but I’m scared if it’s not identical finasteride in U.S. So what you think guys ? Should I try to start finasteride ?

I’ve no idea of the quality of Russian medicines but I have just been in Hong Kong, a very rich country, and can tell you that there people prefer to buy products imported from the west to avoid potential fakes....

As for finasteride, sides are gonna happen in my opinion. With that said, I’d say that if you’re gonna order it stick to Merck Propecia if you can get it in Russia as I’d trust that with it being the original German company who manufactured and developed the drug. If you can’t get it there are a lot of options online but my current vendor of choice is evopharmacy.com due to it being manufactured in the UK and priced cheaper than other sites selling brand name Propecia.

On the other hand, inhousepharmacy.com has a good rep on these boards if you’re looking to play it cheap but there are a few instances of them in the news that are not so great for a consumer.

@Humayni with all due respect man you have a full head of hair, not every hair line is straight or rounded like a female. Please leave this depressing place and never come back, save yourself before its too late or you might end up like @davesmith420. A full head with thousands of posts..

Hard to tell on this one, but your hairline was so f*****g straight and now not anymore, so i'll say yes maybe receding, go check it with a derm

You used to have a baby hairline, now it seems to have matured a bit. Looks normal honestly

But trust this place to recommend finasteride like it's some multi vitamin

I would definitely see a dermatologist..

I'm pretty confident that you have male pattern baldness. The receding temples + miniaturized hairs along your hairline are a telltale sign.
Very easy to tell when you compare photos from age 19 with age 21.

Don't procrastinate like I did. I would have been super happy if I went with my instincts and stopped that sh*t right away.
