I doubt it's minoxidil related, you've been on it for 4 years without issues. You should see a doctor to determine what IS causing your issues though.

It would be awesome if someone could provide summaries of huge threads like this. I've been working a lot and don't have time to read through 42 pages but would love to get a summary of what the verdict is on things like this. (Not that other people's time isn't valuable too). Just a thought

I think stress is like smoking in terms of hair loss, it may progress you quicker but it is not the real issue. I cant stand when I hear a person telling someone who's stressed about hair loss not to stress about their hair loss.

I don't know if I share your optimistic view. But one thing I do know is that I use to be more stressed out when I'd check this forum everyday and read everything. I've found more contentedness coming here once or twice a week.

A bit unrelated: but I find castor oil can work pretty well as a gel especially if your going for a wavy comb over look. Probably not so much a spiky look.
