As an FYI, LipoGaine is no longer being sold on Amazon. I emailed the company and was advised that Amazon is allegedly no longer allowing minoxidil to be sold if it contains any additives other that minoxidil. Not sure that this is the case as other brands with DHT blockers are still selling...

Thank you for everyone's comments. The point of this thread is to try to impart some more reality into the issue of what works and what does not. No one over many years has been able to present a picture of dutasteride helping when finasteride did not. If it did, the forum would be flooded with such success...

You are young and thinning will continue over time. You will always be playing catch-up if you get a transplant. Keeping it long only accentuates the thinning. I would cut it real short, but not shave it off. Like a buzz cut. It will camouflage the loss.
