Seti--How are we using it?

So I have seti arriving in the next few days. I cannot figure out a consensus on how to use it once it arrives. Oral? Topical? Can someone provide guidance on the consensus for use? I will be happy to then provide bi-weekly updates Thanks!

Topically will be more bang for your buck considering 53% gets wasted when taken orally. The difficulty will be finding a vehicle. Most people are taking anywhere between 100mg-400mg orally daily.

I'm doing topical at 40mg/1ml for now. I'll be adding it orally to my regimen once I get some gelatine capsules.

But is this safe to remove pgd2 from the body and effective? I know first hand how what removing DHT can do.
