Which makes me ask, how does one reduce inflammation, what sort of lifestyle does it require? Whenever I start exercising even if it's walking for 1 hr a day, this inflammation returns.
Luckily not much into seafoods except for some fishnchips, but no seafood doesn't accelerate inflammation, atleast for me. Red meat once a week is like ok for me, I go berserk at those times with beef . Avoid deserts at all costs man, just some fruits that's it and green tea helps a ton. Moral...
Well atleast I agree whole heatedly on this regards, I think this has something to do with inflammation. Whenever I eat meat and sugar this inflammation starts and then the hairloss because of dead skin but when I force myself to eat vegan diet, no inflammation. Guess for some people mastering...
This might sound a bit of a quackery and although I'm on the big three (finasteride, minoxidil, keto) whenever I have an inflammation attack, I rub aloe vera gel on my scalp and the inflammation is just gone. Not sure why does it happen but give it a try, things might improve. Avoid sugar for a few days and...
Agree with OP here about the fact that the itch has a correlation with fluid intake and sleep patterns . Whenever there is a shortage of fluid intake( staying dehydrated) I've noticed my back hurts and possibly because of immune reflex the itch starts. Oily and sweet food also contribute to it...
Was pretty much in the same situation, used to take 1.0 mg everyday for a year then puffiness came.
Tried .5 mg everyday didnt help. Even EOD , didnt make a change. Now I take 1.0 mg after every two days.
Symptoms have completely gone . Have also started minoxidril for a month as finasteride...
Maintained , as I've just started minoxidil some shed might on the queue.
But definitely no major shock fall which I thought would come after changing the
finasteride regime of 1.0mg everyday. I'm Norwood 3.5 by the way , the riskiest of places .
Nope, still on the regime of Finasteride 1mg every third day ( 2 days gap). Minoxidril twice daily.
Tried 1mg EOD , didn't help . I'll increase the dose again after 3-4 months maybe.
Good Luck dude!
Well yes as of now the sides seem to have settled for the better.
I do extensive exercise (cardio mostly) on the third day and then take the pill .
Try to maintain a good sleep schedule too as staying awake late do increase estrogen.
I'm norwood 3.5 for the last one year and...
Had a similar situation (Pain in nipples) now I'm taking it every third day (1mg).
Seems to have improved quite a bit. Another thing, walking 40mins every day helps with sides too.
Aha ! guess that's a western joke , certainly not my drift.
Well I did watch seinfeild when I was much younger, followed for some seasons
forgot most of it. Funny how he looks nowadays, suits him though.
Seems he was right about his joke , integra is the name of my first car.
