I have thinning in these areas as well as typical male pattern baldness, and I don't think finasteride is doing anything for these areas.
Like him or not, but he was definitely the driving force of the dermarolling thread. I agree that banning him was probably justified, but I think he should be allowed back at some point.
The amount of times I've heard people on finasteride say they wish they started sooner. There's really nothing to be gained by waiting if you already know you're going to be taking it at some point (it sounds like you've made you're mind up)

So I've just taken my first Niacin tablet, and I'm getting the flush. Today's my rolling day as well.
How long should I wait now before rolling? I can just imagine my scalp being really irritated/burning if I rolled any time soon.

Anyone here with longer hair using a roller with needles longer than 1.5mm? I find it quite hard to penetrate through to my scalp where my hair is the thickest.
