So I've definitely got standard male pattern baldness (NW2.5, minor crown thinning).
However, the hair on the right side of my head is pretty thin, and it seems to match the exact position where my head lies on my pillow. I sleep with my arm under my pillow, so this creates a lot of pressure on my head.
Is it possible that this is causing hair loss on the side of my head? And is there anything I can do to remedy it? I'm already on Finasteride and Minoxidil for my regular pattern hair loss.
