Do you not recall yourself spending around one hour attempting to prove dutasteride will be effective in cases like mine? In which you couldn’t...

The only reason I’m posting more now on this thread is so you don’t cause harm to anyone else

I would also recommend not bringing up false information about previous posts. You’ve continued to twist things around to make it seem you have some kind of upper hand.

Please also don’t forget when I threw myself out there and said I’d leave the forum by challenging you to back up a claim. You remained silent. I haven’t forgotten that.

This is my last post for now, but if anyone is considering taking potentially dangerous drugs by the guidance of these individuals, this is the kind of individual you’re trusting with your health.

Twisting what? I had asked you to provide sufficient proof that dutasteride would work in similar situations to mine, and then you showed people who: used minoxidil, were older, had a significantly better baseline than myself. Factually, dutasteride does not have the ability to combat such cases of hair loss.

I misquoted what you said; I inferred that you said that chemical/surgical castration aren't a cure for hair loss. That is insignificant since that's a misquote, in which I could not be bothered to remember what you said. You are making a typical strawman argument by mentioning my misquote. On the other hand, you attempted to create a point which could make others believe that dutasteride will work for them if they are in a similar situation to mine; that's legitimate false information.

Wikipedia states these side effects for men https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bicalutamide#Side_effects

those are side effects of androgen deprivation therapy: where a gnrh agonist, castration, an antiandrogen NSAA, an antigoanditropen, and a CYP17 inhibitor are required, next time look at the studies you quote.

none of those sides would be apparent in those who use bicalutamide mono therapy except the 1st and 3rd one.

Penile shrinkage would make no sense, since bicalutamide as mono-therapy had minimal effect on nocturnal erections. Feminine changes in fat mass and distribution wouldn’t make sense either, since feminisation is seen at doses of 150mg/day which is significantly higher than the dose needed to treat hair loss.

The only applicable side effects are gynecomastia, physical feminisation/demasculinisation and decreased body hair growth. I would emphasise that these are the most common, and almost certain, side effects.

The first side effect on bica will be a strong drop in libido and very weak erections as per study numbers

A few guys used bica over the years on these forums and all had to stop after a few weeks due to this

Look up Hemingway he tried as well

"Another large study reported a rate of impotence of only 9.3% with bicalutamide relative to 6.5% for standard care (the controls), a rate of decreased libido of only 3.6% with bicalutamide relative to 1.2% for standard care, and a rate of 9.2% with bicalutamide for hot flashes relative to 5.4% for standard care.[126] One other study reported decreased libido, impotence, and hot flashes in only 3.8%, 16.9%, and 3.1% of bicalutamide-treated patients, respectively, relative to 1.3%, 7.1%, and 3.6% for placebo."
<10% of sexual issues doesn't sound like a high rate to me personally, I'm not ED prone though

AT this age I would need a truck running over my dick to get erections issues
