That's what my regime is going to be in the near future (Bica 50mg + dutasteride 0,5mg). Dutasteride alone has halted my hairloss and regrew some in crown and hairline, but being the greedy man that i am (lol), i want more coverage and if possible, regrowing my hair to a NW2 state. Currently thinning in a NW5 pattern, im only 20 years old (showing signs at 16 and balding at 17) and i think i relate to @Ikarus in this curse. I've been on dutasteride for 9 months now and i would say it's going good. Before, i was on minoxidil for a year and it gave me an aching ribcage and psoriasis. I did have vellus hair on my hairline (where i applied it the most) but its bad side effects were bothering me too much. I am not worried about stopping my hairloss now, dutasteride does a fine job. I am more anxious about regowing what was lost in the previous 3 years.
