I don’t know how it’s right, at first I ate all 6 E at once, then they told me here that I need to distribute it throughout the day. and on the trans forum I read that they also distribute.

But how to stay on steady level of E through the day,
How many time to take 2mg a day and what the distance between them...
For example, 2mg sublingual every 3/4/5 hours...
