Hi. I've been on finasteride and minoxidil since 1 june 2008... this is what happened so far: 1 month: no shedding, thicker hair 2 month: same 3 month: Started shedding LOADS! 4 month: Shedding stoped more hair visible 5 month: no shedding 6 month no shedding 7 month: shedding again!! HEAVY!

Hi. I've been on rogaine 5% since March 2003, liquid though. It worked fine for 4 years, after that, it stop being so effective and I began to shed again. But this happned to me beacause of the biological caracheteristcs of my alopecia, DHT became to strong and minoxidil alone wasn't enough...

I've changed between many minoxidil brands... started with rogaine 5% then used a genereic formula made in madrid farmacies (way sheaper) , used kirkland's and one generic minoxidil sold in my country (Portugal). They only time i noticed difference in the effect it had on my hair was with the generic...

I'm no just shedding... my hair is thinner and it looks can of wirey, has if grown hairs are being afected by dht! has this happened to anyone else ??

I've shedd during the 1º month on propecia. then it stoped and i had much regrowth. Now, 4 month after the first pill i'm shedding again... might be a new cycle, i'm worried but i'll stick with propecia to see what happens. if i stop taking it these hairs will still fall out, so...
