Hey man, all your looking for is Ketoconazole in the shampoo. Depending on where you live anything more than 1% may be perscription. Most people use it twice a week, I go every 3 days.

I get 120ml of Nizoral off the shelf at any drugs store for like 10 bucks Canadian. Smells awful though, no doctors required. Can you even get 1% in Canada Ive never seen it.
