You know, this time of the day, there always seems to be 10 or 20 usernames that show up on the 'users browsing this forum' list, but nobody ever seems to post?

I logged out two hours ago, logged back in, and still there are 15 users browsing this forum, but only two additional postings... those being from Traxdata on two separate threads.

Is this forum really THAT much of a piranahs den? Please, to those lurking posters, go ahead and post! Join our conversation! The water is warm and we are good people, and the folks here on this forum I trust with issues more personal that those I have often shared with my closest girlfriends.

Jump in and join our conversation! Say whatever is on your mind, and just enjoy the company and the banter back and forth. Don't worry, despite your hesitancy, and the fact that some of us more experienced folks who know each other well tend to play around with each other (non-sexually, of course), don't be afraid and just join in our conversation.

Let us know what is on your mind and what you are dealing with.

i've been a lurker more or less for about two years. i've posted maybe 3 times, mostly when I get frantic about my hairloss. I've posted before about being on propecia for two years with little improvement. I think i'm gonna stay on it a few more months. I've been adding an assortment of vitamins into my regimen. it is a good thing for me since I could definately eat better than I do. Drinking green tea, skin is lookin a lot better. I figure I'm going to go bald. not much i can do, but I'm going to add Dr. Lee's minoxidil to my regimen as well and just see what happens.

I figure getting back into shape and staying healthy is the best medicine for hairloss, as far as the stress goes. I mean, I feel so much better about myself when I'm eatin well and lookin well.

By the time I'm thirty I'll look like dr. Phil, but hopefully I can be as seemingly optimistic and positive as he is.

I probably don't post as much as I'd like to, but perhaps its because my knowlege on this topic of male pattern baldness pales in comparison to the likes of The Gardeder, Traxdata, Darkly Charming...ect. Anyway you guys get the piont.

My time on this board is very limited as I only go on it when no one is around. It's not like I go on it at school in my college computer lab (don't want the chicks to see I'm on it) No, I only go on at home late at night when I am tired to post usually. Besides, alot of people on this board have psychological issues in addition to balding ones, and I stay away from those posts. People who say their life is over because they are losing some hair really need to get some perspective. I am trying to break into broadcasting and I am currently about a Norwood 2/2.5, and I still don't have this kind of horrible outlook.

Hmmm...I think that the 80/20 rule applies to this forum as to other forums as well. Most likely only 20% of the 80% that actively browse this forum will post. Just for fun you can apply this rule to where you work, your small group etc. Of the 80% of your active workforce only 20% will likely be peak producers.

Neiltom, what city are you hailing from?

Aaah, another day on the night shift. I actually had a quiet day at work, a dead day, and popped in here quite frequently. It seems there are certain hours during the day that this place is dead, and certain hours when there are tons of people.

Afternoon here in CA Pacific Time seems to be popular... it's post 9-5 working time on the East Coast, and evening in Britain.

I am hailing from Bristol, England, my good man.

Home of Isambard Kingdom Brunel and Cary Grant(who was my Great Uncle).

A fine city once famous for its shipping industry and now the call centre capital of Europe.
