I can probably help myself with slightly better health and meds, but what I'll need to do is aim for a classical relationship, where I get to know the woman first and develop a comfort level, including trust. Unfortunately that's very difficult to do. Women look for experience.

I am like this but still get sex. Can't get into a relationship though. Well I can, but whenever I actually like a girl and want a relationship I don't feel like f*****g them and sex is the only way to keep them interested. The validation thing is big too.
