After 3 months and half of rotty flaking skin devastation my hair is slowly recovering. Now i'm washing everyday with Ecophan and once a week with Nizoral.
I'm with the first real sign of gyno. My left nipple is very hard and when i touch it hurts a lot. I'm thinking in stop taking oral spironolactone but i'm afraid of a shedding.

Here's an update. I'm still recovering a little from rot flaking skin attack. The flaking are all removed (the last were detached in Wednesday). I'll continue with oral spironolactone. My left breast is now hardening and taking shape. Gyno is coming for me. But i'll continue with oral spironolactone. Here's the this week pics:

OK I have to ask but why are you posting about this? I don't see ANY hairloss. You have more hair than almost most people.

Of course i have hairloss. I was much worse two years ago before the meds.

What i dont understand is your question.

Finally i buzz my head.

I did it because:

1) I have rot flaking skin.
2) The last barber did an awful job (he cut more on my left side than the right side)
3) I was pulling my hair constantly (Trichotillomania).

I lost great amounts of hair due to flaking skin and trichotillomania, plus the shedding.

Here's pics of my head:










I thinking in taking MSM or Biotin for fast growth. What do you advise?

Looks good that length.


If you keep it short you can let your scalp breath and it’s easier to remove the flakes.

Also, it looks smart and your hair might look healthier and give the impression its thick when its short.

f****ing perfect hair.

f*****g perfect hair? I prefer to say perfect f*****g pills.
The hair is far much better than 2 years ago. The improvement came after taking 50 mg of Oral spironolactone everyday.

But you can see that my temples are very wide. I had a f*****g hair in there. And the top of my head is very diffused.

If you keep it short you can let your scalp breath and it’s easier to remove the flakes.

Also, it looks smart and your hair might look healthier and give the impression its thick when its short.

I cut it to growth uniform. I cut it much short on sides. My goal is to grow it long.

It doesnt suit. Yesterday i saw some children and all of them had closed hairline. I wish i had it like them again.

One day i needled it and put garlic on it. But i had to stop because of the smell. I thinking in do it again but at Friday and Saturday.

Maybe aloe vera on business days and garlic on weekends.

IBM, your hairline looks great. the front shot really shows that. i honestly would pay TONS of money to have your hairline, no exaggeration. your density looks good too. keep doing what you are doing and try to forget about it a little more.

Seems like a lot of your hairloss came from the SIDE temples, rather than from the corners. But your hairline looks good, and the top has a lil diffuse which looks normal when your hair is short.

Overall, I think your hair is good.
