I confess that sometimes I can express myself poorly, especially English not being my native language the scores can come out in a different way.
Sometimes I go to the forum at bad times and my answers sound bad, But at least the message got through.
When we know too much about a subject we tend to be arrogant and the answers end up looking harsh on bad days.

Does Cialis or v**** works with estrogen and CPA?Bica?? !!!!!!!(FYI i am taking finasteride+ dutasteride and Paroxetine,Anafranil and my junk is pretty much a DEAD meat). I will soon start Casodex/Bicalutamide too!

In my experience when you combine both they should be done separately. A dutasteride once a week and the other 6 days take finasteride. I tried straight duta and my pecker became numb to pu$$y. Couldn’t feel anything. It was the strangest and most F’d up thing. Id rather have diffuse crown issues than deal with that.

You don't need to take finasteride when you take Duta. Ae you taking Paroxetine as an anti-depressant? as to answer your question:

so drugs like sindenafil and cialis can cause an increase of testosterone and therefore Hairloss?? Is that what you say? Duta has.a relatively long half life.if you want to modulate or decrease the recommended dosage of 0.5mg/day, put days in between your intakes, and you can safely skip finasteride. Is that a recommendation of your doctor to use both?

So I posted last month that I had started OM (I just do 1 drop of the 5% kirkland minoxidil sublingually 2-3x a week, basically on days where I'm wearing a wig and I'm too lazy to do topical).... I think it's too early to 'call' it but I would consider myself a minoxidil hyper responder and I have no signs of hypertrichosis so far or any other side effects really. I've been monitoring my face and body hair since starting about 5 weeks ago and I don't notice a difference at all. My hairline is noticeably improving since starting, although I also increased progesterone dose from 100mg rectal to 200mg rectal and added in bicalutamide 25mg + my E2 levels finally hit a steady state level from starting injections in September around the same time I started OM... so a collection of things could be resulting in my recent progress. Regardless, the fact there are no sides yet is very encouraging to continue (particularly hypertrichosis or skin related sides in my case since I'm trans and that would be very detrimental to my overall goal). Will probably try to take some new pics around New Years unless something major happens between now and then.

It seems like it will take me a couple of years to recover. Because even though my temples are slowly recovering, my hair quality is not improving in any way. And on my hairline and parting, short hairs still grow, which do not increase in length.
Progress is very slow, and I'm not even sure the ideal is achievable at all. If we look at the other results and remember Ikarus, almost all of them have not recovered their ideal, high-quality hairline.
Tomorrow will be 5 months since I am on HRT. I'll show you a photo. But unfortunately, it is difficult to say something about the quality of the hair from the photo. My hairline lifeless and dry, letting in light. I am recovering slower than going bald this year.

Human last I checked. Like I said I know it's too early to call but I'm definitely seeing hair that was tiny little white miniaturized hairs growing longer and have more pigment than they ever did before, plus more of the tiny white miniaturized hairs going further down my hairline than they ever have before. Which is exactly what I experienced when I regrew from NW5 to like a NW1.5 (and I started seeing this behavior in about this timeframe back then as well, hence why I felt excited enough to share)

Congrats then. Sharing before and after pics would be more helpful to judge if it's relevant instead of sharing just your enthusiasm. my $.02.
