This is from today (no beard, hair on top 3cm - 4cm long, on the sides 1cm.)
To be honest, I think you pull off the buzzcut look. Wonder how you look with a beard.
Dont listen to him.
Get a transplant, go back to nw1, go to the gym and rape those biceps, get a killer body and smoking haircut, and go f*ck some b*tches. You can do it.
Get your self esteem back and stop looking like emotionless robot. I can see in your eyes that your soul has left you.
Grow the facial hair a bit more so it looks more like a beard than a 5oclock shadow. Also there's still hair on your neck, making your jawline look worse as a result. Keep the neck clean and the beard line on point at all times.
Yeah, probably a good way to make it look decent.
Yeah I think the 6mm buzzcut + some beard is the best way. I will need to grow out the beard... to...let's say 1cm.
I can stabilize my current status with minoxidil, finasteride and Nizoral and stop further progression, but regaining hair / density is difficult... not sure how to progress.
New photos will be coming in two and four weeks.
Obviously he shud try to get his hair back and like everyone else in the multiverse looks better with nw1, just saying he does still look decent with this style.
Bangs dont work in situations like yours?
not really... ^^
Looks too russian...
You looked good here, legit pretty boy appearance. Great hair, youthful skin, features etc. Looking at your recent pictures, I agree with some others in that you've visibly aged I'd say in a normal manner in your case as opposed to others who said fast. Its just a reality most men face. I don't think a full head of hair would take you back to that level of 04, that's life and you should embrace age appropriate changes rather than get depressed like in your pictures. It's only certain men who look good beyond 30 and usually it's not just about skin but face shapes, masculine appearance with hair obviously. Most women age better (if they stay disciplined )and also the halo of cosmetics and clothes imo.
The short buzz and stubble makes you look sharper and younger so it's a good move. In one picture you have a haircut that an 80 year old may do - avoid this even if you're balding - nice to see you didn't have some huge creepy combover either. As for hair mate, you're actually pretty lucky. You just need your corners filled in, your forelock is also in the mature position so just needs some reinforcement. Corners should be made Norwood 1-2, doesn't really matter what exactly. Your density is passable and you have fine/medium hair calibre but it will be enough to give you quite a positive surgical result in your situation. Meds will keep you thereabouts for most of your remaining key years, perhaps more. Without them, you'll have to accept remaining bald. NW1-2 will bring you up a little in attractiveness and you should build your body and dress better if it matters to you.
Thank you for your caring answer. I greatly appreciate that. I too think that a short hair cut / buzzcut + some stubble is the best route to go for me (had the best results with women when keeping it short). And additionally some hair transplant filling (of) my corners and maintaining with Big 3.
I dress quite well, but not at home ^^
But yeah, I need to build some muscle mass
Sorry I didn't see the pics were at home, quick glance it was. Not surprised you had the best results with women then - you look more youthful and sharp with that cut as opposed to the pensioner one. Once you get your corners filled, shave your back and sides and do something nice like this.
Norwood 2 will be fine too, you have a nice forehead.
If you still feel depressed about the passage of time and looking back at old photos, try to get professional help, this stuff isn't worth losing your life/time over. Always look ahead and the here and now
Can't stress the importance of maintaining the hair behind it. Even if it's thinning a little it's still much better than what a transplant will give you there - you simply won't have the donor to max out the midscalp and crown and for it to look natural like it is now. Also your donor area may show signs of balding earlier than it would for others if you rely on multiple procedures. I even saw a guy who only had 1k grafts (blonde fine hair) removed by a competent surgeon end up with donor patchy loss which looks bad and irreversible. Surgery should be used to supplement weak areas but never a standalone treatment or it will generally look diffuse and pluggy even in the best of hands. Unless you have very thick hair, even then it's hit and miss. Keeping the bulk of what you have (naturally 60k hairs up there) and adding some strategic density in weak areas is the way to keep it full. Even lots of "approved online" drs are telling lies just for business but the reality is there to see and from other ethical drs.
Yesterday's and todays photos:
photo flash is a b**ch
3000 grafts. Possible 600 graft touch up to areas which do not grow as well.
I added my hairline design into your post, that way you're in charge of your pictures in case i'm not active and you wish for them to be removed. A good frame can be life changing for the face but also put you more on par with fullheads. And baldies who don't get a hairline transplant won't have that symmetry and uniformity. You just need Norwood 1-2 as mentioned before.
@Heino Could you upload some photo's of you with a buzzcut, I think it could look very good on you, serious.
Yes, will be buzzcutting in a few days. Will shot and post the photos then.
Turkey, here I come
Can they add "touch up" to areas with hair without damaging the remaining hair?
Sounds about right.
tbh i think you suit your current hair status pretty well, if it bothers you then treat but i think you pull it off. I wouldn't fret about it so much if i were you, is your hair still deteriorating or do you think you have achieved your final norwood?
