Any pics to be seen?
Where could you get cetirizine? And how would it be applied?
thanks. The only thing I can find on amazon are cetirizine in pill form, is that was is meant in this thread? How would it be applied in that case, or is it a liquid I should be looking for?amazon or other shops, with application i'm curious as well how others are doing it (mixing/diluting it) but i guess you're just dripping it on your head and massaging it in. maybe someone else can chime in
Why do you think that? Pdg2 inhibitor (setipiprant) failed o show any results. PGD2 seems to be failed theory at the moment.https://www.researchgate.net/public...Androgenetic_Alopecia_A_Report_of_Three_Cases
Diclofenac look promissing but dam, so many side efffects and scary ones.
I do believe reducing pgd2 is more important than increasing pge2
my specialist advised against it, he said minoxidil degrades easilyamazon or other shops, with application i'm curious as well how others are doing it (mixing/diluting it) but i guess you're just dripping it on your head and massaging it in. maybe someone else can chime in
much as we'd like it (even those who deny it), we're not there yetyeah its a shame i'd have love to bypass the androgen angle and only focus on pgd2 ,maybe a stronger inhibitor would help i don't know
btw anyone trying oral castor oil, should be taken after a large meal and make sure you have a high fibre diet.

No it’s to reduce its laxative effectsWhat's the reason for these things? Does this prevent gut damage in the long run?
I think you need a high dose of seti for it to do anything, 1G a day did nothing for me and sh*t was it expensive. Try cetirizine topically first, it's local, less risky, less expensive and is proven to reduce PGD2.
More than 5ml oral castor oil will probably give you diarrhea. And pretty much all castor oil is free of ricin isn't it?
The flavonoid luteolin inhibits niacin-induced flush - PubMed
Niacin (7.5 mg per rat, equivalent to a human dose of 1750 mg per 80 kg) maximally increased ear temperature to 1.9+/-0.2 degrees C at 45 min. Quercetin and luteolin (4.3 mg per rat; 1000 mg per human), administered i.p. 45 min prior to niacin, inhibited the niacin effect by 96 and 88%...pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
[Aspirin (1.22 mg per rat; 325 mg per human) inhibited the niacin effect by only 30%. Niacin almost doubled plasma PGD2 and 5-H.T., but aspirin reduced only PGD2 by 86%. In contrast, luteolin inhibited both plasma PGD2 and 5-H.T. levels by 100 and 67%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS AND IMPLICATIONS. Niacin-induced skin temperature increase is associated with PGD2 and 5-H.T. elevations in rats; luteolin may be a better inhibitor of niacin-induced flush because it blocks the rise in both mediators.]
Although I can't say I've had much success with it topically (orally it increases hair loss by disrupting estrogen).
Couple of days ago started to take Luteolin pills 450 mg in the morning, after the 2ml of oral castor oilHave you been taking this in pill form ? I bought some and have actually forgot to take them as I saw it increased PGE2 online - not sure if it’s worth it taking orally or if needs to be topical?
