Update. I might about 2 years and 8 months on finasteride, and my hair is still receding. I know my hair is below baseline when I started Nd here are pictures I tried to get better angles. My hair seems dried out and dead. I tried tea tree shampoo from Walmart and it seemed to irritate my scalp. And make me shed a little bit more(super red scalp when using). So I quit using it. I’m debating minoxidil, I’m scared of negative side effects. The picture with a circle in it is the side where I have a scar in my hairline that makes it look worse but I thing that’s why it Bothers me. My natural flow of hair comes from that side and it’s obvious

OP, you need to stop worrying about including your face in the photos and set up a way of taking pictures of your front hairline from the same angle, over months, so you can see whether there are any changes.

Dude, hair looks good, hairline looks good, density looks great. Maybe you had thicker hair but you are aging, getting older. It's normal if you have "less hair" now.
What I would recommend to you is that you get off those meds, start working out and start treating your body right. I would say you have at least 10kg more then you should. Cut your bodyfat % and stay healthy.
Take care of your diet, your body and mind will follow.

I do workout avidly. I just don’t diet well. I’m about 6’1 205-210. I’m far from fat. I wrestled my entire life, so I put on natural weight after high school. I was about 160 when I graduated with like no body fat, but that was with all the cardio and stuff that came along with sports.

Well maybe your assumption was correct and maybe you have thinned a little but your on finasteride right? Not sure what else you could do at this point, maybe your maintaining
