    Three weeks in...

I've been doing it for ten minutes a day since July 2003, I had a really tight scalp before with hardly any "movement" for want of a better word, it's now much more flexible. Can't really say it's done anything for my face though.

Do you not think his hair looks to have quite a lot more density in the second pic, especially considering he's under TV lights which are considerably harsh, his hairline looks stronger too? Cheers for replying by the way SE. I also do Tom Hagerty's scalp exercises, well the basic one...

    MD Warning

At only 22, I REALLY hope that what this guy's saying isn't true. I definately want to have lots of kids some day, would it be worth finding out if it's possible to store your sperm to use in the future...to be on the safe side? Does this cost $$$?

So far so good, my libido is exactly the same as it was before going on propecia, I felt a little different for the first two days, really hard to describe but it was probably just my body adjusting. Religiously check my pecs for ANY sign of soreness around the nipples, know I shouldn't be so...

    Propecia and excessive sweating?

I don't know if you're from the UK or not, but there's a VERY effective deodorant you can buy at Boots called 'Driclor'. I haven't needed it myself but a friend did and it worked wonders for him. It's a roll-on that you put on before going to bed three nights in a row....works immediately and...

    about to start

Perricone has quite a huge following, I know they're really expensive but it cuts out a lot of hassle of trying to throw stuff together. If after a month or two I think they're helping me keep really good skin I'll definately just shop around on the high street and find cheaper versions.

    about to start

Sent off my presciption for propecia today (cheers Bert for the boots tip), I've also ordered these to try and keep my skin clear as well: http://www.mankind.co.uk/ProductDetails ... ctID=22226 I'm a little worried about overkill though :? I don't have a digital camera so can't really...

    8th month update ****pics inside****

Radio Calm down mate, I wasn't having a go at you, there was no need whatsoever for that response. I was just merely saying that what would be a minor problem to one person could be seen as a major problem to someone else. I think ikaponthus was a little unfair to the guy.

    8th month update ****pics inside****

He is/was receeding. I think it's unfair to judge someone on whether the problem's severe or not. Perhaps it is to him. Many men with completely bald heads don't see it as a problem whatsoever, whereas for some who have just began to receed, it can make you feel like it's the worst thing that...

The great thing is....he's no longer 'going bald'. From what I can see, he's maintained the hair he has and his temples look quite a bit better. Your hair's looking decent mate, best of luck that things continue to improve, I hope propecia is going to work as well for me :)

Large pharmacy chain or small one (guys in UK)

Thanks Bert, much appreciated, £29.96 seems like a really good price. To Radio and Biff, I want to start off with propecia and see if it works first, if after a year or so it's doing some good I'll think about buying the cheaper proscar. At the minute, I want to keep things as simple as...

My consultation with a Hair specialist! (hair transplant MD)

Very surreal being asked this question! The answer is VERY regularly, less so when I have a girlfriend (which I don't at the minute) but probably twice a day, definately between 10 and 15 times a week.

    shedi's story

I'm a little confused and just wondering if anyone can clear this up? Why doesn't a person without male pattern baldness (thus not treating it) not go through any sheds whereas it's very common for a person treating male pattern baldness to periodically go through sheds? Once the the propecia inhibits the dht thus the hairs in...
