Gah. so much wrong. for one thing, black people have higher rates of some diseases, probably because getting enough vitamin D in a office in pennsylvania with skin optimised for the equator isn't going to happen. in fact most people have insufficient vitamin D.
and calcium levels are regulated...
black tea is affected by the pH of your water. red to dark brown or so. sort of similar to cocoa. lots of flavonoids do this.
i think brown green tea is just from buying junk though. get good loose leaf from an asian food store or tea shop.
It seems like they have their thinking mixed up.
If the group had the same VitD levels, despite some men having a sun receptor on the top of their head, then those balding group woudl have had less VitD when they still had hair on their head blocking the absorbtion.
At any rate vitamin D does...
That would seem to be a dud. Hair follicles are already the target of the immune system much like a rejected organ. Being from a different organism woudl only make that worse.
The difficult thing is it can vary by person, and there is a small window between 'optimal' and 'uh oh too much'
the main problem with too much is immune system doesn't function as well when you take too much
I drop 2 5mg finasteride pills (proscar, they are cheaper and have less filler and i don't really want to dissolve lots of filler) into my minoxidil bottle. They dissolve within a day or so.
