i have been reading/ hearing a lot recently that the colour of the bulb on the hair that falls out your head caindicate whats happening to your hair. i was just wondering if anyone has or knows any facual information on this... most of mine are white bulbs, some have none and a few have really...

mines getting really bad now... :s looks like time to shave it all off again..

the way i see it, is that its all coming from the same place/regions... the counterfit ''merc'' stuff, and the generic stuff... dont get me wrong, we have seen in quite a few cases that the generic stuff works, but i've always wondered if it contains the same stuff/amounts as the genuine...

i'm just courious as to why they make the generic drugs, as if i go to the doctor, they only perscribe the branded stuff... so is the generic stuff only produced for us tight/cheap internet shoppers??

its not in my head, and yeah, i agree, i'm not one to count hair loss, but it is coming out really bad... i can pulled clumps out at a time... :s

I started using finasteride (dr reddies finast from pharmacy geoff) back in jan... within the first couple of months, i could see some slow, but definate improvments... i had loads of little tiny new hairs around my temples, and my hair in general was getting thicker on the top. i ran out of finast...

i've just come to the end of my first 6 months on finasteride... i was using finast cut into 1.25mg pieces. noticed some results. i've got loads of new hairs growing at the front of my head, they aren't great, but its a start. i was wondering which finasteride other people use and where do they order it...

i noticed about 2 weeks a go that i have new small hairs above ur eye brows... i never thought anything of it, but now i've read ur posts, i'm guessing its from the finasteride...

i never once said i was expecting to see anything at 2 months... i'm in it for the long game...

i'm not too sure of my Norwood to be honnest... i have pics in here http://www.hairlosstalk.com/discussions ... hp?t=33283 and people have said i'm around a NW2, but my thinning hair appears a lot worse when i look in the mirror than on these pics...:s i just feel that putting foam in my hair...

right, its 2 months, well 8 weeks today, and i must say, i'm not too happy... as i've said in my previous posts, i am not noticing any shedding, yet my hair seems so thin all over... its getting patchy now and areas that were fine before, are now thin too... i'm not considering giving up...

i've been taking finasteride for 8 weeks tomorrow, i did originally buy regaine to use aswell, but a lot of posts oh here have said to give it some time on the finasteride before adding regaine, whislt others are saying get on it asap... its been sat in my drawer for the last 2 months, i have been tempted...

i dont know if its the finasteride, but 2wice in the last week, my balls have felt really tender... the first occasion i touched them in the shower, and it gave me belly ache for hours, the next occasion i was f*****g the mrs and they hurt that much i couldn't walk after... any ideas??
