You are keeping your hair,you are receeding to a norwood 2 or more it looks. Go get a transplant you can easily fill that area. Choose wisely your clinic though.

RIP at age 23 you will need to start finasteride and minoxidil ASAP and even may need to get a transplant in order to maybe get the hairline of a 30 years old with half the density of your native hair. Such is reality,hairloss is brutal.
