I have that too. I needled every day at 1.0mm for 5 days and it was crazy like that. I guess it's dead skin.Is this dead skin because of dermarolling or is this dandruff?
I literally brush and it doesn't stop.
Will this be affecting my hair growth?

This is the kind of response that makes this thread so exciting, we have the sandalore thread where after roughly the same amount of time people are arguing if someone has gotten one or two new hairs, same for trinov and most other experimental approaches. While in this picture a slick bald area is suddenly growing full coverage. Of course this might be 100% finasteride+ minoxidil who knows but it makes me hopeful though in a way i haven't had reason to be in the seven years since i noticed my hair receding

Hey, why aren't we discussing Aclaris JAK-inhibator anymore? Have I missed anything? Wasn't that supposed to be topical like minoxidil but 10 times better and speed up the hair cycle?

I suspect u are on the best regime that has ever existed till now. I.e morr f i.e topical minoxidil mixed with finasterdine and 2mm electro needling weekly.
Their is nothing better and this could be the cure for most people if they are not allergic to morr f minoxidil !

My wrist hurts from scrolling through 300 something pages but I decided to compile the most significant results from earlier in the thread. On microneedling this is (given none of these are fakes) all we really know for sure.
I don't think we have any information, good or bad, yet on maintenance over the long term. From what I saw even 2young wouldn't post current pictures although claims his hair stayed.
I'm in the process of gathering photos to add to this later, there are also some other examples from tressless that I have to look into

Anyone got results from just microneedling? Or maybe needling + sandalore? I can’t use minoxidil.
Absence of results without meds isn't very telling when we don't have a comparable number of guys doing the needling without it. We also have trial evidence to believe that going w/o meds will more or less cut the needling results in half, which effectively means it will take twice as long for any results to be visible.
As I have repeatedly pointed out -
Minor superficial wounding alone can cause some regrowth/new hairs. This is a known fact.
There is more backing up this idea than internet forum broscience. Docs & derms have reported seeing it happen for decades. A number of hair multiplication research projects have incorporated it into their efforts over the years to boost results.

yesterday I used rifamycin(an antibiotic) before dermaroller (about half an hour ago). Then I used dermaroller. For the first time in my life, I felt so deeply in minoxidili. For about 2 hours I felt that the minoxidil was working perfectly in my head.
I've been on the minoxidil max 6% with .05 finasteride
Using more than recommended for about 6 weeks with no sides. Except some regrowth.
I apply directly after a session too
