I keep thinking, if my hair were to go back to normal it'd be great, but would feel so alien too. I've been slowly receding for 6 years now. I can't even grasp the concept of having a straight hairline anymore.

Me! When doing my hairline. It's actually the most painful part; the sneezes. They are very strong, haha.

dude. pic from right now under my living room lamp. This is what my crown looks like now (you can see the whorl, but I'm pretty sure I've had a visible whorl since I was a toddler)

This feels so surreal.

Two months ago I was hiding in my uni library studying for finals with a badly diffuse head hoping the world would get set on fire lmao

Now, just 2 months later, I'm going back to a new semester with the appearance of a fullhead and only slight visibile thinning left on the right side of my head, crown fully recovered hairline recovered to the point where it looks healthy.

I feel so strange.
As much as I personally dislike minoxidil, I'm grateful for your story because it shows how possible it is to have strong regrowth.
Everyone around me thinks balding is irreversible

Man, I love me a good success story. Do you stay here to keep track of other people's progress?

Same. The ol' "shave it" cope.
I'm not sure I admire or pity those who do nothing about it.
I just don't have the mental strength to simply ignore it, especially knowing there's something I can do about it.

Yeah, what's up with that? He's just talking about his progress.

I didn't read the FAQ before. So I didn't do the "2x/2x/2x". Just finished it in about 10 minutes.
You don't have to strictly follow that to have a good session, but it's a good way of covering the whole scalp.
In the Chinese study they did a total of 3-4 passes. How many did you do? Is there redness?

I did maybe 2-3 phases. But it was hard at the top of my head because of hair getting in the way, so I didn't do it as good there. Much easier at the temples which is, ofc. clear of hair... There was redness, even the day after. And my head had a "burning" sensation afterwards.

My scalp is starting to itch again, I had a couple of days without itching. Lets see if next session helps the itchiness more.

You could try and Apple Cider Vinegar rinse.
Soak your scalp in a bowl of ACV for 5 minutes, then let most of it stay in the hair overnight. Actually helps with the itch, and breaks down calcium if that's the cause

I updated the FAQs.
Doesn't sound like a bad session. Perhaps aim to do 3-4 like the Chinese study next time.
Did you do it with wet or dry hair?

I am using pen (the wireless pink one :D, it is quite convenient for me and I think it is better than dermaroller, which I used some time ago).

As for now it was just a 2nd completed needling session for me, I can't say that I got any results.
However, if I start going with my hands over my head, I am shedding around 20-30 hairs, I would say.
But, overall, I think that once I started needling, I feel my scalp better. It became less oily and I don't have that much dandruff as before. I hope it will go on like this.

p.s. Guys, by the way, who is diffuse thinner with wavy hair and has NW2-2.5, how do you cut your hair? I feel so annoyed that hair on top is wavy, and it looks bad, I can't comb it in any way, so I am just trying to make it lie straight, so it covers my temples (more or less). If I try to make a combover to the side, then my temples become more visible to everyone. I am still thinking now to cut my sides with fade, though, and leave the rest of the hair on top. Hope that it will look okayish. The small miniaturized hair is also annoying me so much, but I can't do anything about it..

I have wavy hair , maybe a bit more on the curly side, and before my diffuse thinning got really bad, id keep it long on the top, with a number 1 weighted fade. Man i miss those days!

I meant to like them - I didn't dislike Bill Russos post earlier intentionally and reversed it, so I will do that.

Awesome results.

You did call for my ban, though. I've blocked those 3 and have no desire to continue this sh*t - it was honestly an accident.

Sign up to their site and read the email disclaimer. It's so bizarre that it put me off buying from them.

I just thought a man with results like yours might be more of an ally. I'm not hear to cause mayhem.

Anyway, those are amazing results. My friend is starting to see regrowth in his crown but nothing like that and it's taken around 5 months for any improvement.
