Exactly. I was gonna add that just now lol. finasteride 1mg reduce scalp T by 40% while 0.5mg duta blocks it by 50%. At least a 10% difference in scalp dht. Duta isnt worth it for most people.

Yeah unless someone is suicidal about hair, just stick with finasteride. Or even minoxidil monotherapy tbh if your hair loss is minor.

I don't know what your expectations and your hair situation might be ... but I advise you to go slow with E2. I speak from personal experience .. do not think at all about oral E2 if you are a man and want to continue to feel like one .. if you really want to experiment try estrogel experimenting with low doses and coupled to an AA so that you will not need high doses of E2. this is advice without judging anyone.I don't want to be an expert on the situation .. I don't feel like it at all. but in my opinion it makes no sense to switch from dutasteride to finasteride .. you could make the situation worse by being less powerful in lowering the dht. just my thought

well the problem is that E2 topical is basically the same thing as taking it orally since it’s molecular mass is so small it quickly absorbs into the serums. Same with topical finasteride. But you would need quite the dose of E2 to really affect hair which is also the problem. Bica seems to have a pretty favorable molecular mass, but might not work well due to solubility/carrier issues

I'm using 0.15 mg/ml x3 ml e2 three times week now and nothing changes. Tried bica 3 times a week 2mg x 4 ml.. I lost the hope on topicals.
