Heres where Im at right now.
Eventually ill make a thread.
Now im on 200mg spironolactone (and topical) for 2+ months 2.5mg fina and 20mg oral minoxidl daily. Plus tens of other supplements.

I used to take Dutasteride every 3 days but ran out. Its amazing to say that in the 1.5 week absence of Duta I have basically lost the little gyno I had. Its going down fast and looks like I may save the $2,000 for gyno removal. I still take 200mg spironolactone and fina daily.
The only maybe down side I have less ejaculate, but since I was a bazooka before its still acceptable ammount. Im someone that has suffered from excessive androgens all my life causing acne and hair loss in my youth.

I get compliments everyday from basically everyone and cant wait to go get drunk when pubs open again. I am still masculine AF.
My libido cycles sometimes its
Lower and sometimes its as good as before.
I feel alot better vs when I was on only Finasteride and knowing hair loss is being reversed.
I still occasionally get the balding itch and still get morning wood (rarely). Only crown- mid scalp is relevant to meds in my case.

Pic 0 body pic, I have even less gyno now :)
Pic 1 baseline
Pic 2 Minoxidl+ fina etc shed
Pic 3: Now

For all straight heterosexual males afraid of spironolactone..... its worth a try if your hair means anything and youre loosing it....

do you think your success came from the postponement of spironolactone?

Has anyone explored the use of buserelin for hairloss? It seems like it’s essentially just a safer CPA. I’m switching up my routine to try to get rid of my gyno. I plan on dropping my bicalutamide dose to 50mg a day and taking 12.5mg of CPA every other day. Eventually I’m going to reintroduce raloxifene and actually stick with it this time. The hope is that CPA will offset the increase in T from the SERM and bicalutamide so that I won’t have as much of an excess to convert to estrogen and bicalutamide is expensive so I want to limit the amount I have to take. I want to retain my masculine characteristics and as much sexual function as possible. I’ve been looking into Buserelin because it seems like it’s much safer than CPA over a long period of time and gyno isn’t a common side effect. I don’t know if Buserelin is capable of decreasing T production though, it could be an all or nothing kind of drug.

Why does bicalutamide cause such a high rate of gyno in comparison to other antiandrogens?

probably because it increases your estrogen levels whilst blocking T from attaching to receptors, thus somewhat creating an inverse relationship between T and E in your body.

He has more than twice as many dislikes as anyone else in the forum's history, but I like him.
Almost all the dislikes were from the same person. It was a mentally ill forum member who developed a grudge against Ikarus and decided to go through his post history and dislike all of his posts one by one.

he's still around but primarily uses a discord server to chat now
Good to know he's not disappeared completely.

I haven't seen Ikarus on this forum in a while. Hopefully he hasn't left for good. He was a cool guy.

The website seems to not work for me, it takes at least ten minutes for one page to load, I’m not sure why though... o.o

Does anyone here know of a site that sells raloxifene and take credit/debit card or uk bank transfer? I tried letrozole for nearly two months but it devastated my hair, i hear ralox is kinder to your hair than an AI like letro.

Letro did that to me. It seemed to annihilate my hair on a weekly basis. I have never taken something that burnt through hair follicles like that. Insane. Never recovered the damage either

i've been taking low dosage of bica and estrofem (25 mg bica and .50 estrofem) for awhile now, stopped after a month because of gyno starting to form and now after few weeks the gyno is gone and i'm starting the same meds again. Is it healthy to go off and on like that just to control gyno? is it safe to take cialis when i hook up with someone while on these meds?
i started dating someone i like and now i realize it was a mistake to get involved with someone while i'm trying to get back my hair...

Hello members and forgive me for this post.Since you are more experienced with hormones,if anyone of you has free time ,I would appreciate your help and contribution on my thread here:https://www.hairlosstalk.com/intera...-hormones-kinda-messed-up-need-advice.128404/

Again I don't want to force anyone,I am just asking if you are capable and have some spare time to take a look and give your opinions, since as I said you are more experience with hormones and you have better knowledge. Thanks for your time reading this and excuse me if I became irritating/nerve-wracking posting this.

I mean estrogen is so important for your hair. It protects it against androgens and is also a growth factor. Of course it devastates your hair.
When a women stops taking letrozole, she jumps back into a hormonal profile that is perfect for hair growth. That cannot be said for men

Are you saying that now that i have used letrozole the damage is permanent unless i use estradiol? spironolactone and duta aren;t enough? i am fucked, i regret taking letrozole so much, it is making me feel suicidal knowing i did this to myself, sorry fit that sounds stupid but it's how i feel , my only hope was that my hair would recover in the coming months, right now im below baseline before i even started any treatments. The two months i was on letro wreaked my hair beyond belief. I never should have taken it :(

I saw this line at least in 5 of your messages, and you still think that hair is your problem, go seek therapy mate before it's too late and i'm not saying it with any irony or with some sort of hate or trying to be mean. Seek help, you really need it, like a lot of these forums users need it also...

Im schizophrenic so i already get therapy, thanks for your concern though. Sorry for moaning about it so much, i didn't realize i said it that often, i really do regret it though, quite silly of me to do but what's done is done i guess.

Chill. I assumed you did it for years and you are not on anything. Im certain you'll recover with spironolactone and duta. In fact, if it was just 2 months, it might just have been a shed and not actual hairloss

I thought I’d do an update on my hair... I’ve been on oral minoxidil for almost 4 months, and things are improving. Main sides from oral minoxidil have been hypertrichosis; I’ve been growing a lot of hair on my forehead. On the bright side, I’m an NW0. I’m mainly just waiting for my frontal to thicken, then I’ll be entirely content with my results.
