Besides Gyno what are the side effects that you have from this regimen?? I don't mean sexual i meat fat gain muscle loss weakness trouble sleeping?? what do you have personally?

The alcohol that's in it might not be good for your skin, and the absorption is not the best there. But there's no harm in trying, i tried it and i didn't had a shed from it.

Wasn't it bridgeburn who was using oestrogel on his scalp ? If you search in the first 100 pages of this thread, you will probably find his post where he says that he had some success with it.

Have tried it mixed with minoxidil for a few month but didn't notice any change at all compared to plain minoxidil. However that was in a period with reasonably high Estradiol levels, maybe it'd make a difference in someone with low systemic levels?

I bought estradiol enanthate from Lena (Lena MTF from Kiev), finasteride and bicalutamide in local pharmacies. There are no problems with access to medicines in Russia

Hey everyone, I have been (very) busy lately so not checking in that much anymore. Still doing great with my custom topical. It's thickening up some of the existing hairs around the hairline, giving the hairline a more 'robust' look. There has not been any cosmetically significant regrowth, which was to be expected. I'm very happy though. I'm still debating whether to upload pictures of the results, in any case, I want to give it at least six months (three months have passed).
I just read the last few pages, and noted the discussion about antidepressants. Hormones and particularly fluctuating hormone levels can have a huge impact on one's mood. I would say it's unwise to combine an antidepressant with any form of hormone replacement. If you need antidepressants to feel good, that's a telltale sign your hormone levels are out of whack. Dial in your hormone levels (not just sex hormones, but also thyroid hormones in particular) and re-assess. My guess is that most people on antidepressants have sub-optimal or unstable hormone levels, and optimizing those will be far superior to masking the issue with more pharma drugs. Notice I use most because I do believe in a small subset of people antidepressants do have clinical value.

what is the starting dose of Spironolactone and the typical dose needed used along E2 2mg and dutasteride 0,5 mg ?
I just started off at 200mg, but 100mg is usually the norm to start with, i wouldn't go any higher than 200mg.

I use it for a BFRB, it is somewhat effective but I have to say the excessive sweating it causes is f*****g crazy.

17b estradiol and Estradiol Valerate are those similar?? can i use whatever of those too i find ?? Which is better for hair at 2 mg? What is the defference?
Yeah it is pretty much the strongest antidepressant you can get before MAOIs. Clomipramine definitely has its place.

estradiol, 17 beta estradiol and oestradiol are all the same thing afaik
