Yep, that is crown thinning. I got the same thing too even though these medications are supposed to work best there. I really don't think you are going to go bald fast still.

You cannot really say anything to him right now that will make him feel better. He has body dysmorphia and OCD. It like explaining to an anorexic that they are skinny.

That's what I tried to tell the Olsen twins!

But it was hard to see them. There were flies circling around the bathroom
and garbage can after they "ate" breakfast.

Fantastic :( Seems the majority has voted for thinning. God I hope it thickens up soon these next few months will be crucial for my hair.. I could try wig game in the future, I could probably deal with the hassle and my girlfriend doesn't mind so that's a plus. Why must my genetics be so darn resistant!

Feels bad man. I wish something would work, I just don't understand why nothing has helped.. Even a slow down would be considered a victory to me at this point but so far I've not even been able to get that! So done right now.

Do you have a pic of your crown from say 6 month or so ago?
Unfortunately not anymore. For some reason HairLossTalk.com decided to delete my very first thread I ever made which had lots of pics of my hair with a high quality camera. Hairline was 10x better and crown was quite thick.. This was all before treatments. I've lost roughly 5 years worth of hairloss in 18 months of 'treatments' which is crazy to think, I've even tried dropping the treatments but it just sped up even more, I'm in too deep to give up now it seems :( Ugh.

maybe regiment is not working because you're not balding? I have same line, but had it for ages... visited one derm, she said it's fine. In 2 weeks I'm visiting hair specialized center and they're gonna do the whole tricho scans and tell me definitely if it's fine or not. But if I were you and worried I'd visit some of specialists... even though they're expensive as f***...

Are you high? I'm like a Norwood 2.3 with thinning running in towards my forelock. If I'm not balding Jude Law has a mature hairline. My crown was never a problem until now.

I'm sorry I didn't mean it as insult... I'm just saying, from that one photo, some people has it the same. Me, my old brother, and my father, who all have full head of hair, still have such line in crown... you know you're head best. Best of luck!

you can never know if you have very very early crown thinning unless you perform a miniaturization test
But according to me it look likes a normal parting with long hair , and contrast with black hair and scalp/ lightning , etc ...
but with such an agresive regimen you are almost 100% sure to maintain at least your crown /vertex/ mid scalp .
