As someone who is attracted to men I will say that buzz cuts rock, but idk about on guys with hair loss.
Lower NWs (NW1-3) doesn't really change my opinion of their looks as long as they know how to style it right. In that case buzz cuts are probably not to your benefit.
For example, Jude Law with a buzz cut = attractive, but still kind of 'meh'. Jude Law with a little bit of styled hair = give me your babies.
It's at the NW4 and above point that hair loss starts to seriously impact appearance, imo. At that point shaving/buzzing is necessary and you have to focus on other ways to frame your face (facial hair).
