Zeroes, I know Australia is a big place (understatement), but are you anywhere near Sydney? Do you know anybody in Australia that might be close enough to check it out? So far I've had no side effects after 3 weeks. I take 1.5g morning and night, 0.75g at lunch.

I've been on a similar regimen including curcumin, cayenne, ginger, large amounts of omega 3 plus beetroot juice (my choice of NO booster and quite underrated imho) for just under two years. I take a several other supps too mainly l-carnitine, toco 8, green tea, taurine and a saw palmetto...

Mainly because when I travel I rattle... I take a fair few supps! :) I'm trying to obtain powders rather than caps now - it's often cheaper that way, but works out the same for equol.

That pretty much sums up my view too, I had a terrible reaction to minoxidil but have no problem with nanox so far (though I've only been using it since 23/11/11 and only once a day 30mins before bed).
