    Matvei15's Story - (25 / NW2/3)

Re: Male - 25 YO - NW2/3 Actually you've caught your hairloss just in time, good for you. Hairline is notoriously difficult to restore, but you really haven't lost much ground. And for me the regrowth actually started with the hairline when I began to take finasteride (Propecia). I started with 0.5 mg...

    Monitoradiation's Story (Age 25) (6 Month Edit)

Re: Monitoradiation's Story (Age 25) Looks like a good regime, though you probably don't need that much of Tocopherol. Remember that oil-soluble vitamins, like E, can be accumulated in the body and possibly be harmful. Better to get those with food anyway. If you don't need much regrowth, you...

    Mj9's Story - 4 YEAR UPDATE!!

Re: mj9' story - 4 MONTH UPDATE!! :) mj9, congrats, great progress! Hope you can keep it up. When did you start dutasteride? I understand you've only added it recently, so that great progress was probably due to the finasteride. Btw halving finasteride pills is not a big deal, get over your laziness :hump: . I mean...

I thought i was maintaining, but apparently I just don't have very agressive hairloss. I know someone who had good success...

    cedarwood oil test notice...............

Thanks. That's a valuable experiment. :bravo: Kinda makes sense that lavender should be more effective. Many essential oils (including lavender, cedarwood and specially tea tree) have a drying effect on skin and reduce sebum production, but I don't think it automatically means they also block...

Lavender, Tea Tree both found to BLOCK the androgen receptor

Well, lavender and rosemary are known as traditional remedies for hairloss. What Malibujoe describes seems like purely anecdotal evidence, and I believe there's no way to determine that the tea tree oil had something to do with it. Anyway, I've been using a shampoo with tea tree oil for a while...
