I started on minoxidil about 2 weeks ago. I hate the way it makes my hair look :evil: My scalp is really itchy a lot of the time, im using nizoral which should help. Ive noticed a lot of flaky skin in my hair since starting, is this normal.? thanks

Hi, im using rogaine extra strength (5%) but i find i need around 10 sprays instead of the recommended 5-6 to cover my head properly. I tried using the recommended amount but it just doesnt feel as if im covering everywhere adequately so i decided to use more. Is this dangerous, or am i ok to do...

this would make so many people happy if it were true, its bound to cost thousands when its first out though, i dont care what it costs, if it works ill pay it.

I hate the feeling you havent covered enouigh of your head, but youve used the 1ml already, i always just spray at the top of the head and let it run down to the front, is that a good way of applying? I just get the feeling the whole head isnt being applied. :(

thanks for the replies. Im aware how annoying minoxidil can be, i was on it for a month 2 years ago then gave up. Im pretty serious about it this time though, if i start it i definitely wont stop it.After all its only 10 minutes a day or something isnt it?

Hi, ive been on finasteride(propecia) and Nizoral for 2 months, decided i want to speed things up/grow some new hair. Is there any problem adding minoxidil 5% to my regimen now? Or should i have started them all together? Thanks for any help
