I agree, get on minoxidil and nizoral at the minimum. I usually use nizoral shampoo 2x a week and leave it on for a good 5 or so minutes.

Question to people who use minoxidil and RU together (but not in the same formula) In terms of your daily routine, what times do you apply them?

Funnily enough, I had no side effects off saw originally. Eventually I jumped to finasteride and I had a poor libido and also developed mild gyno which I still live with now. And now I can't go back to saw without my libido/erections being affected, so I just leave it alone.

Interesting, I am having a 2 week break from derma rolling to give my scalp a rest, I might get back on it with topical cetirizine and see how that goes.

About a month into adding spectral DNc+ derma rolling (wounding) every week and haven't noticed any improvements, infact I think that I've lost ground.

Thank you... At the end of the day I can cope with it but my nipples are definitely puffier and more pronounced, bit of a coincidence that it coincided with when I took finasteride, I guess some are sensitive to it...

Opinions on using nizoral the morning after wounding? should this be after 24 hours a la minoxidil?

Anyone know anything about derma rolling whilst using minoxidil and topical spironolactone?

Both sides mate, theres a wide, hard lump under each of them which I noticed growing a few weeks after starting finasteride. I'd urge everybody starting finasteride to watch out for pain in the chest area because gyno, as it's proven in my case, seems very, very hard to get rid of once it's set in.

Because it's DHT only applied to a single area and I wanted to stay on finasteride because I don't want to be bald at university.
