Start oral dutasteride and throw topical finasteride If oral min + oral dutasteride + RU doesnt stop your hair loss probably you have something which obviously its not androgenetic alopecia.

I was on finas + 5% minoxidil 5 months and my hair in general got really worst. So I decided to change to duta 3x week and oral minoxidil 5mg ED. Now almost 2 months into treatment and hair just got even worst at a faster rate than before. Maybe I've the same issue as you.
