Eucapil works for me, but the vials they come in have a consistency problem imho. A box comes with a plastic applicator, which when working works great. However, because the plastic cap/applicator has to slide over the neck of a vial, it splits when one is too large. But the product works...

I've never used spironolactone, but I think Eucapil has nelped me a great deal. My recession looks the same as before, but my hair is thicker. It's not as thick as I'd like, but so thick I don't worry about anyone seeing scalp. But I've been using it a while. It doesn't leave hair greasy either.

I stopped using it, and my hair has been much better. I switched to eucapil, which is expensive to order, but doesn't inflame my scalp like revivogen did.
