    1 Year & 7 Months, short update

So what, take a look around the gym. There are more people losing their hair than not......Seems this way at my gym anyway. Well guys the mirrors aren't there so you can admire yourself. They're there to make sure you keep good form during the exercise so you don't hurt yourself. However I do...

    1 Year & 7 Months, short update

Just a quick update for those interested.... Looks like things are still good. I have more hair now than I did before treatment (minoxidil, finasteride, nizoral). THe nice thing is I'm pretty much not even thinking about hair loss anymore since hitting the gym 4 months ago. Now I'm obsessed with lifting :)...

    Official Rules Of The Gym.

TO go one further....There is no need to chuck your bells after doing a heavy set. I used to move some serious weight around years back and never once did I feel the need to drop them from 3-4 feet up or toss them to the floor to get the whole gym looking in my direction. 1st off it's...

    Official Rules Of The Gym.

#4 Saw this assmaster yesterday go over to one of the corners where two mirrors meet so he can admire himself. He kept lifting his shirt to see his abs at every possible angle....what a dusch. He wasn't even working his abs. I can tolerate pretty much anything except the jack-knobs that...

Getting Back Into Training and Need Advice

Update Just wanted to give an update. Getting back to the gym has to be one of the best things I could have done for myself. Big thanks to the GF. My diet has changed dramatically and I'm already seeing some gains in muscle and strength. Doing a 2 day on 1 day off split now. Chest/Bi's...

    pumping iron

Maybe your right, but I was following training/eating advice of a guy who sounded just like you and competed. This was the guy who's been doing steriods for years and convinced me it's no big deal. Basically a scum bag drug dealer.. I gained 30 lbs of muscle and I looked great. .I had a...

    pumping iron

I did steroids several years ago. Two cycles. All I'll say is it was the stupidest thing I've ever done in my life. It's also the one thing I regret most in my life and not just because it kickstarted my male pattern baldness. All I can say is don't do it. It's not worth it.

    Thickening Shampoos

By far the best thickening shampoo I've found is Diametress by Nexxus. Just keep in mind that every product works differently from person to person. Personally I can't see how anyone likes that Vive stuff. It actually makes my hair feel thinner and smells like sh*t....It smells like bad...

Hard water and showerheads - skin health

Go to http://www.aquasana.com I'ts the best one out that's affordable. Another thiing to think about is your water pressure. If it's low already a cheap filter will make it much worse. The Aquasana doesn't reduce the pressure much at all.

Hard water and showerheads - skin health

My water used to reek of chlorine, so I bought a Aquasana showerhead filter. It got rid of the chlorine smell, skin feels not so dry anymore. As for hair, well I used to have a mild itch. Nothing too bad. After a few weeks of using the filter the itch disappeared. Could just be coincedence...
