Was on the GOMAD (gallon of milk a day) diet for a few months trying to bulk up. (Not a healthy idea, but cheap and easy) I stopped it and feel that my issues with hair loss have subsided. Any other people experience issues of thinning related to excess milk or dairy products?

Most sites have the recipe as 1/4 cup castor or other oil mixed with 25 drops of essential oil of rosemary. I'm trying that, not enough time has elapsed to draw any conclusions. Report back your results if you try it. Thanks
