Drinking the topical makes me gag. The taste is horrible.Honestly i wonder what keeps everyone from just drinking topical minoxidil. its the same thing afterall
Don't know how many of you guys are trying oral minoxidil in conjunction with the needling, but I've been having fantastic results and just wanted to report back.
Some history - I have been on topical minoxidil for about six years, with the gains plateauing after about one and a half years. I started micro needling about two months ago to see if this would help, and it did very little for shedding, but seemed to make existing hairs healthier.
2.5 weeks ago I got my oral minoxidil in the mail and started taking 1.5mg in the morning and at 5pm. Pretty much within a week I could tell that the existing hair was becoming marginally more dense because I wasn't losing as much in the shower. Plus the hairs have more life to them. I'm going to keep on with the oral and eventually incrementally increase dosage as needed.
As a side note, I have no idea why people are starting with such high doses as 5mg and 10mg. This is retarded. You want to find the lowest possible where you see benefits so as not to become tolerant, and to mitigate sides.
Collagen destruction from oral minoxidil must be insane
I’ve only heard of that recently, what does that actually mean in a short, concise and practical sense?
Because was a very popular remedy back in the 90'sWhere does everyone get their oral minoxidil. I literally hear zero people discuss oral minoxidil as a highly effective treatment for hair loss. Zero.
Now apparently it is by far superior to that of it’s topical counterpart? Don’t get it.
Its side effects are much more severe..
Oral minoxidil isnt available in most countries and its hard to get by. Also people fear monger each other for it.Where does everyone get their oral minoxidil. I literally hear zero people discuss oral minoxidil as a highly effective treatment for hair loss. Zero.

That smell....that smelly smell. That disgusting smell, that smells. What do i smell? After 1 year under 5 mg daily oral minoxidil, my hair did not improve. Although I am slowly receding (Norwood 1.5 after 5 years of shedding), it seems oral minoxidil is not working for me.
Had a consultation with a renowed hair specialist (in Brussels) who was surprised to witness how innefficient the treatment was. He prescribed me exhaustive blood tests which I did this morning. I will let you know if anything explains it. Otherwise, it means that I am a non-responder.
I must say that I don't feel I am getting sides with this treatment, hence why I continue. I have this habit to use pure aloe vera gel on my face everyday so it could explain why my skin remains healthy

Yep, in my experience most of the online pharmacy sites require a prescription upload only to satisfy and abate legal requirements in countries they import to. You could literally upload a picture of your dick. All they want is your money. Just upload a picture of a stock image package of Lonitabs.@altsequence where did you buy it (oral min)? Is it available somewhere online, without the prescription?
thanks
I tried the oral Kirkland route for a few days before my package arrived and I started getting pain in my kidney area. People say there is no reason for this based on the non toxic ingredients, but topicals are never upheld to the same standards of purity and contaminants as oral drugs. You don't know what's in there.Honestly i wonder what keeps everyone from just drinking topical minoxidil. its the same thing afterall
From topical I never got the dark circles or wrinkles people describe. I do get a puffy face in the morning though from topical. Nothing has changed for better or worse since starting oral (I'm still on topical as I feel I should remain for some time before getting off to avoid depending on oral for the heavy lifting).Collagen destruction from oral minoxidil must be insane

Ah yes, that guy. That guy on a hairloss forum who doesnt have hairloss and thinks his opinion about hairloss medications has any weight.
Post your hairline right now
thanks for sharing your experience.
if you come back with your blood results (minerals? androstenedione? thyroid issues?), that would be nice. actually, 5mg is not such a small dose, but it can be even increased.
You're not understanding - a before and after 2 week comparison is not meaningful in the context of hair growth, for any treatment.*d3nt3dsh0v3l*
Yeah I figured I'd get some of this feedback. Keep in mind it's not as if I'm starting a new treatment. I've been on minoxidil for many years. You could compare this new method of the same treatment to something like increasing my dosage from 5% topical to say 10 to 15%. The idea that is, I'm not saying topical to oral scales in that exact way.
