Did you know the solidarity trial which found hydroxychloroquine to be ineffective also showed remdesivir to be ineffective?Funny the people who say follow the science never look at the science, they just believe what they hear in the media. All the studies showing HCQ to be inneffective were looking at monotherapy, and the ones showing it to be dangerous were looking at chloroquine not hydroxychloroquine. HCQ is effective and safe when taken with azithromycin, but Gilead doesn't want you to know.
Everything is in the discord, nobody is telling you that you have to buy SMI first. Nobody here is making any money off of it unlike the media which got over 100 million from Gilead last year while HCQ is off patent. No one can promise you that SMI can give you good results. What we can say is that the drug has been shown to be effective at blocking the PRLR and so far we have noticed some positive results with no negative side effects, but a higher dosage is probably required for full receptor inactivation, hence the larger group buy so that people can afford to take a larger dose.

BAY should better because it can bind to the receptor and inactivate it even when prolactin is already bound to it, meaning near 100% PRLR inactivation. SMI can only bind to unoccupied receptors so it will never block 100% of PRLR signaling.

It has nothing to do with denying the scientific method, you just can't demand sh*t because we're not selling sh*t and don't owe you sh*t. We're giving an opportunity for users to participate in a group buy from which the only people turning a profit are the suppliers. We've met our quantity requirements so whether you or anyone else joins at this point is completely inconsequential.
Like I said, you're welcome to participate in the GB if you believe PRLR antagonism will be helpful and we can share any information we've collected, but if you're going to sit there waiting for other people to take risks for you and have the reward served to you on a silver platter that's pretty ambitious of you.
