Hello son,
I think you're just confused. A doctor won't do any good. I advise you to visit a local church for spiritual guidance. Also, add more fiber to your diet to prevent hair loss.

I visited a general doctor a few days ago. She ended up looking a bit at my hairline, tried to pull hair out and told me I was fine and there was no balding. I’m still a little worried about the sides because its so much shorter but because its not a usual pattern of balding I think eating healthier and not pull a hair out in that area should stop it from getting worse (If I don’t see any improvements soon I’ll go back) . So I think I’ll wait to see if my hair changes and be healthier.
I’ll take a picture with wet hair combed back once every week so I’ll know if anything changes. I also have one last question about the difference between thin, miniaturized and fine hair. I’m pretty sure I have fine hair and I was wondering if the sides were thin or just shorter hairs.
Best advice right now is go to a really good barber and explain to them your concerns. They can do wonders for making it appear more full.It looks even worse when my hair is wet
The velus (baby) hairs are growing out at a strange angle making them appear like diffuse hairs when they're pretty much the opposite.Kid you're not balding - not even close. That hairline of yours is just what you've been born with. The fact you still have those short baby hairs in your temples (NW0) tells me you're not balding.
Even if you start balding at 18-20 you'll be fine. Cell based treatments are literally being marketed as of current. You're safe.
Go climb a tree or something and enjoy your life.
They are baby hairs. They are not terminal (adult) hairs. They don't grow at the same rate of have the same texture. These hairs will fallout before you hit your late teens like they do for everyone else. They are usually a cosmetic hindrance and in your case growing out on a weird angle. Have them cut appropriately and your hair will automatically look much better. The thing about the shorter hairs that confuses me is that I haven’t had a haircut in at least a year.
I also noticed the affected area is a lot worse on my right side which makes me hope I pulled out too many hairs but its unlikely thats the case because im not pulling my hair out all day.
The pic makes it look like your hairs are thinner on the sides. This can’t all be velus hair right?
Nah, you'll probably never lose those hairs, but they will always look weird because of your growth pattern.Does that mean i’ll end up with a hairline that starts behind my ears?
Nothing it's just how you were born. There is no fix to patterned hair growth. What could cause my growth pattern to be like that? That haircut is pretty popular so it should work but I’d still like to fix it if possible.
