Maybe will add nizoral.

Do anyone know where I can buy the shampoo the OP is using? L'oreal Vive Men Pro Tickening 2 in 1 (Conditioner and Shampoo).

Since I'm from Brazil, I need one online store that ships to here, ebay wasn't so helpful. I tried drugstore but its shipping + tax is so expensive ($60).

I take a zinc supplement and a multivitamin (beyer mens formula)... I was trying a cream, but I didn't think it made much of a difference... oh and drink lots and lots of fluids (preferably water).. It really helps..

I think my zinc intake is about 20mg a day.

Hey amazing results, can I ask if you had any side effects?

For example extra wrinkles, bloated face, larger pores, loose skin on forehead etc with minoxidil

And finasteride. Weight gain, man boobs etc

I am being serious lol, these are some of the things Ive heard that is really putting me off going on these products

Yes I would like to see an update too! You are a major inspiration to me because I had to cut off my long locks last year because my scalp was showing too much. My nickname in high school was sunshine because I look like the guy from Remember the Titans...especially when my hair was that length. If I could get it back like you have it would just make my life haha
