So you think all the people who ordered the lotion could get problems? Does anybody know more about law patents? What also could be possible that he is just telling a lie and by making this he can fulfill his scam. Nobody would complain anymore.

Imho he has a excel list with excuses until he is out of the deal.

1. delivery problems
2. instability
3. law
4. need to quit

Hes laughing his *** off with the 25000 bucks he earned

I think either it is part of his scam or maybe his "lab" became sceptical or?
Sadly at this stage I think scam, the guy is a disgrace if he is doing this to people. The first lot may or may not have had minoxidil in and to send post untracked? ugh!

Forget Spato! He is unreliable! The 2nd Group Buy was in August!!!! And it's still not done. Theres's always something, first the supplier didn't deliver, then the lab was on holidays, then there was an issue with stability and now the lawyer.
Besides his lotion was analysed on the German board and confirmed to be minoxidil. A liposome lotion also doesn't look as transparent as his.

So we need to get a serious GB together. With someone who knows a ton about chemistry and can do this.

I don't know about Kane, he isn't too trustworthy.

The best would be if some well respected user on the board who is knowledgeable in Chemistry would do it.

Guys, we need this lotion once and for all. This has gone on for too long. And now it is postponed to who knows when. Can we do this? I really hope so!

We should work from here. Admin has written the following in the Brotzu thread:

Hi all -

Just a followup to my previous post.

Spoke a little too soon. Kane primarily focuses on supplying research chemicals TO companies that create end-user cosmetics products. This means it may be necessary to find another source for creating this particular product. If you guys have any sources for this please do let me know directly by sending a PM ("start a conversation" is the way the forum describes it). Just so I don't miss it.

Kane has received all your emails and it is 100% on the radar now, so the message has been received. If possible, lets discontinue emails to them as they've apparently received so many that they're having difficulty managing the inboxes to communicate with other clients.

I will make myself available for any input from everyone, and of course you guys can do what you want if you want to make your own too. I am not sure the legalities of hair loss talk "officially" getting involved in it. I haven't looked into it whatsoever at this stage.

So, the question is, should we do it with Kane? Or does anyone have another idea? This is the only change we have to get the lotion reasonably soon. Please forget Spato and look at his horrible trackrecord. We shouldn't even discuss him here, since his lotion is verified to be a scam.

Let's talk about how we could get this off the ground. Even Admin is with us, so let's do this!

Guys, sorry to rain on your parade but it's very unlikely you will be able to replicate the lotion even if you follow the patent because it is purposely vague. You would need to spend a lot of time and money doing R&D into making a stable compound, trying to the find the correct preservative and ratios. This is specialist stuff, not something your local compounding pharmacy can knock up for you.

Then we get a specialist. I'm tired of waiting for this. Here are people with all kinds of connections. Hope we gegt something off the ground.

As posted above let's get this going, this our main hope for now.

Maybe people should make a new thread for any discussion related to the Spato GB lotion, which unfortunately looks 95% to be a scam.

How can so many people keep falling into this scam? You don't need hair, you need balls and a brain. This guy is probably a fullhead that's banging his model italian girlfriend, all funded courtesy of desperate bald cucks.

I've said it before i'll say it again. sh*t in one hand, wish in the other, see which one fills up first.

No reputable lab is going try and create a copy of someone elses patent. So unless you can find some rogue Walter White like chemist, it's pretty much is not going to happen. I know you guys are desparate but you should be realistic with what is possible.

Do we need to tell that its patented?

Sure you don't, but you'ill look very suspicious when can't tell them what the exact ratios are and let alone some of the ingredients. They'ill also want to know who you are, what the purpose of the solution is. It's not as simple as handing over a big wad of cash and saying get on with it. No reputable business wants to get involved with potentially illegal activity.

So with all the knowledge and resources we have here we can't get this going? Even with Kane?
