It probably will. Very few men keep their juvenile hairlines. You will stop at Norwood 1 and stay there for a few years or decades if you are lucky.
What type of hairline do you have?

Norwood 2.2 and I'm only 20 feels really bad. What type of hairline do you have?
His hairline is still an upside down U shape which makes it a juvenile hairline ( Norwood 0 or female hairline ) When the hairline is a straight line like ___ then it is no longer a juvenile hairline and becomes Norwood 1 ( still not balding ) Only when the straight line recedes a bit into a U shape then it becomes a mature hairline.

Probably a lot sooner. I'm on treatments so I'm hoping I can regrow some of what I've lost.Sorry to say, but I have a feeling you may go bald in like 15-20 years ... but you have really nice and thick hair... maybe your hairline may just stay as it is..

Lol no. Look at @bridgeburn 's results. He went from pretty much bald to a full head of hair in less than a year. But isn’t a receeded hairline irreversible to change? (Other than hair transplant of course)
See this picture guys... is my temple receding on the left side or is the hair just fine?
