Have treatments slowed your shedding ? My loss has recently gone into overdrive as of the last 6 months and my right temple has been obliterated. Your'e obviously not getting too many sides correct ? Or are you just dealing with them for the time being

Nope, treatments so far have made my shedding a lot worse ( and I'm on a lot of treatments ) Temples are gone, hairline is going to sh*t and I actually think I'm starting to thin out at my crown but my camera is too bad to check
The only side effects I have are minor. That being extra body hair growth and dark circles in the morning from oral minoxidil. Also lowered libido and almost no sperm in ejaculate from finasteride, cyproterone acetate and estrogen.
Are you on any treatments?

7 days 1mg finasteride destroyed my libido for a month and then just micro doses of finasteride for 14 days has weakened my erection quality by 50% for an entire month since I stopped again. Currently dermarolling with minoxidil and ceti and keto and topical estriol. Looking into RU or daro or possibly estradiol ? Need to address my ed issues and hop on a new anti androgen fast. Losing 150 - 300 hairs a day easily.

Why don't you try out cialis or v****? My shedding is somewhat similar. Minimum of 150 to a max of 200 so its a fairly stead loss but way more than I'd like. IdealForehead seems to like Daro so I would give that a go!

Ideal also never responded to finasteride and dutasteride if I'm correct. I never took finasteride long enough to figure out if I would benefit from it but judging the amount of sides I got for the short amount of time I did take it would suggest my dht was severely affected. Couldn't that mean that an anti androgen would be my solution ? The issue is sides. I feel like if I'd have taken finasteride for any real amount of time I'd just be castrated and I'm not too paranoid to take drugs. In my earlier 20's I was a pretty fearless recreational and experimental drug user. Your'e a couple years younger than I am but judging by your picture and the details of your loss I'd say we are in a similar situation only mine is a bit worse. Especially considering that I am seemingly massively susceptible to side effects. I don't really want to start a thread about this and researching this particular topic makes me really uncomfortable so can I ask you or anyone else if you know anything about ed ?? Specifically what it is organically or biochemically that is causing this ?? And equally as important is this going to be a permanent issue ?

You could try topical finasteride? After all the ideal goal or 'holy grail' of treatments is to find one that completely removes scalp DHT and does not affect DHT in the body. Have you thought about trying topical finasteride? If you know who David Dimuzio ( youtuber) he recommends it as he had a few friends who got sides on oral finasteride but had none on the topical. If you truly are very sensitive to the drug then this may be the way forward for you..
I'm not sure what causes ED but at least in my case its not due to lack of testosterone or DHT as I imagine my T and DHT are pretty damn low right now and I can get hard fine. I would definitely give the cialis a go and see if that helps

I'm 16 and just a tiny bit at the temples.
